and I'm hooked on the show as well. I agree it would have made a fine movie, but the selfish side of me likes that the television showe may last longer and become a bigger hit, whereas the movie was not mainstream enough of a concept to stay in theaters long enough to enjoy, in my opinion.

I have to admit to an addiction to both the books and the television show. Though I rarely watch TV, I always find a way to watch Dexter. I think you're right. Best, DA.
